A printable mileage log is often required of people who must record their
vehicle mileage for business or other purposes. Anyone who has ever tried
to keep a mileage log manually will agree that the whole process is

report or download and print it.

How to Make a Fresh Vegetable Lasagna that is Diabetic Friendly

your diet, here is a fresh vegetable lasagna for you. One of the key

vegetables. And this recipe is okay for diabetics, too, since it has a
great protein to carb ratio.

FRESH VEGETABLE LASAGNA

8-oz uncooked lasagna noodles

1 pkg (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 1/2 cups 1% lowfat cottage cheese

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt

2 egg whites

1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms

1 can (14-oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

2 cups (8-oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to the package directions, omitting salt. Drain.
Rinse under cold water until cool; drain well. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine spinach, carrots, green onions, bell
pepper, parsley, and black pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.

Combine cottage cheese, buttermilk, yogurt, and egg whites in a food
processor or blender and process until smooth.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange 1/3
of the noodles in the bottom of the pan. Spread with half each of cottage
cheese mixture, spinach mixture, mushrooms, artichokes, and mozzarella
cheese. Repeat layers ending with lasagna noodles on top. Sprinkle
Parmesan cheese over the top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the
cover and continue baking 20 minutes or until bubbling and heated through.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.

Yield: 8 servings. Per serving: 250 calories, 26 g carbs, 22 g protein

The protein to carb ratio makes this a good diabetic pasta dish,
especially for those diabetics who don't like meat.

Trial of the Champion to other instances."

The Trial of The Champion will hold bounty to two levels of items. Level
200 for items of normal mode play and 213 for those of heroic mode play

My Xbox 360 Keeps Freezing - Why Does it Do This and What Can I Do About It?

2 Microwave Chicken Dinner Recipes For Camping

During the summer season, my family loves to go out traveling and camping.
Our travel trailer has a stove top, refrigerator and a microwave so, I
look for recipes that don't require the use of an oven to make for our
family dinners when we are out on the road camping.

The following 2 recipes can be completely made by using your microwave and
require less than 1 hour from start to finish. You can also make them up
the day ahead of time and take them with you to reheat up in the microwave
if desired.

Chicken With Mushroom Sauce

3 tablespoons butter (not margarine)
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
1/3 cup milk
1 brick of cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 teaspoon chicken soup base
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

In a glass baking dish, combine 2 tablespoons butter, sliced mushrooms and
onions. Microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes, stirring halfway through the
cooking time. When done, stir in the milk, cubed cream cheese, chicken
soup base, salt and black pepper. Microwave on high for 3 minutes,
stirring halfway through the cooking time. Remove from the microwave and
set aside. In another glass baking dish, place your chicken breasts and 1
tablespoon of butter. Microwave the breasts for 8-10 minutes or until they
are no longer pink in the middle. Remove dish from the microwave and pour
the mushroom sauce over top. Stir to blend ingredients and place back into
the microwave. Cook on high for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Italian Chicken And Pasta Dinner

4 ounces uncooked spaghetti noodles
3 cups water
1/2 teaspoon table salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
1/4 cup olives, sliced

In a large glass bowl, combine the uncooked noodles, water and salt.
Microwave pasta on high setting for 10-12 minutes or until fork tender.
You will want to stir the pasta 2-3 times during the cooking process so
that it doesn't get sticky. Drain water and set aside. In a glass baking
dish, combine the butter and onion. Microwave on high setting for 3
minutes and then add in the chicken breasts and cook on the high setting
for 10-12 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. In a separate bowl,
combine the tomato sauce, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and whipping cream.
(I like to use a silicone spatula.) Pour the tomato sauce mixture over the
cooked chicken breasts and cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Remove baking
dish and sprinkle parsley, Mozzarella cheese and sliced olives on top.
Place back in the microwave and cook on high for an additional 3-4 minutes
or until cheese has melted. Serve over the cooked pasta noodles.

HOMEMADE LEMON SORBET

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp grated lemon peel

In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir sugar and water
together until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered,
two minutes. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. Stir in
the lemon juice and lemon peel. Using an ice cream freezer, freeze mixture
according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to a freezer container
and place in freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.

BUTTER PECAN ICE CREAM
4 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
1 to 2 pkgs butter pecan instant pudding mix (depends on whether or not
you use the eggs)
1 tbsp vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups white corn syrup
chopped pecans
milk

Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients using
enough milk to fill the ice cream freezer. If you do not want to use raw
eggs, you may omit them but be sure to use both packages of pudding mix.
Use only one package of pudding mix if using eggs. Follow instructions on
your ice cream freezer.

2 Skillet Chicken Dinners For Hot Summer Days

As a busy mother and wife, I don't always have time to slave over a hot

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

cooked white rice

In a medium sized bowl, combine the flour, sage and thyme. Dip your
moistened chicken breasts into the flour mixture to lightly coat them, set
aside. In a large skillet on medium-high heat, melt the butter. Place
breasts in the melted butter and cook for 12-14 minutes or until browned
on both sides and no longer pink. Remove from skillet and place on a
plate. Add cream of chicken soup and water to skillet. Reduce heat and add
the chicken pieces back to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Serve chicken over cooked rice or pasta.

Heinz-Style Chicken

4 slices of bacon
1 onion, finely chopped
1 large can tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup Heinz 57 sauce

Cut bacon slices into quarters and saute in a large frying pan until
partially cooked. Stir in the finely chopped onion and continue frying
until onions are tender. Spoon out the bacon and onions and set aside in a
small bowl. Drain bacon drippings from the frying pan, reserving 2 1/2
tablespoons. Brown the chicken breasts in the reserved bacon drippings
along with the salt and pepper for 5 minutes. In a medium sized bowl,
combine the cooked bacon pieces, onions, tomatoes, Heinz 57 sauce and
granulated sugar. Pour this mixture into the frying pan to cover and coat
the chicken pieces. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 35-45 minutes or
until chicken is completely cooked and no longer pink. Serve over cooked
rice or cooked pasta.

GRILLED BBQ CHICKEN

This is an old recipe from a former grocery store in Southern Indiana.

4 chicken breasts skinned
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp onion powder

Combine catsup, water, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and
onion powder in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Grill
chicken, bone side down about 20 minutes. Begin brushing chicken with
sauce. Turn chicken and continue brushing. Grill 20 minutes more. Keep
brushing chicken and cook until chicken juices run clear and chicken is
done.

CLASSIC MOLASSES OVEN BAKED BEANS

This old recipe is from a can label.

4 slices bacon
1 can (15-oz) pork & beans
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Fry bacon until crisp; drain well. Crumble bacon. In a 1-qt casserole
dish, combine the crumbled bacon, pork & beans, onion, ketchup, molasses,
brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 350 degrees,
uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Stir every
15 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings

GRILLED CHEESE CORN-ON-THE-COB

This is an old Campfire Girls recipe.

3 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
4 ears of frozen corn, thawed and drained
4 slices pastrami

Combine butter, cheese and parsley in a small bowl and mix well. Spread
the butter mixture over the corn leaving a 3/4-inch margin on each end.
Wrap the corn with the pastrami. Seal ears in foil and prick foil with a
fork. Grill over hot coals for 10 minutes turning occasionally.

chords rather than single notes. Or, putting it another way, you play the

- a group setting or unaccompanied - used quite a lot in jazz guitar

In rock-oriented music we are used to hearing a guitar solo played by one
guitar, the bass notes by another, and the rhythm by a third guitar. Using
